GRACE KANE
Hopeful is a TV series Grace is developing about grief, family, and growing up. The pilot was recently featured in a Salon for New Writers hosted by Ryan Scott Oliver and Thousand Faced Theatre Company at Soho Playhouse.
Alongside her collaborator, T.P. Huth, Grace has written two pastiche Children’s Operas utilizing classic fairytales and the work of legendary opera composers. Their first piece, Cinderella features a score of Gilbert and Sullivan with book and additional lyrics by Kane and Huth.
Sleeping Beauty features a score of Mozart with book and lyrics by Kane and Huth. Both operas had sold out extended runs at Annapolis Opera, Towson University, as well as local DMV area elementary schools. For more information about Grace and T’s operas, please contact Grace!
